This past weekend was a long weekend so I decided to go home. I know you are probably thinking were you not just home for a whole month? Yea I was but I am going on The Bridge during spring break so I won’t get to go home until Easter! That’s two whole months without seeing my family!! Back to my weekend trip… I decided to make this trip home unique so I decided to bring along a friend, Natalie. She lives in Pennsylvania and doesn’t get home to see her family a lot so I wanted her to get to meet my family!! We had a great talk about God, family, and guys on the way home. Out of the four and a half hour drive I think we only listened to music for thirty minutes. I love having amazing friends around me that I can talk about anything with!! Friday night, we just talked with my mom and went to see some of my family. Saturday, we went to Huntsville and went shopping. When we came back my mom had cooked homemade pizza and lots of other stuff for dinner. She also invited twenty of my family members. I know Natalie was probably overwhelmed because my family can be that way sometimes J We had so much fun just talking and we also had a spoons tournament!! I lost though. Sunday was great because I got to take her to my church and she also got to meet one of my best friends. I had a great time and I am glad I got to share it with a great friend!!
